Zážitkovica by INEX (22.11. 2025 9:30 – 17:00)

Zážitkovica by INEX is a unique way how to spend your Saturday, to discover something new and to take a break from the everyday reality of days. Zážitkovica brings together INEX people and new people who have heard very little or not at all about INEX and international volunteering. Everyone is welcome, including those who have never volunteered, but also those who have been on a volunteering project abroad, volunteering activities in Slovakia, want to lead a camp or just want to enjoy Saturday full of workshops and games.

Come with a friend, with a significant other, or without anyone. During the event you will meet a lot of new people with whom you will definitely find a common topic to speak about.

Programme:

• workshop “Mechanisms & Skills For Positive Coping“ – difference between defense mechanism and coping mechanism, what are healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms, how to use different coping methods and skills for managing difficult emotions
• workshop “Mind Upgrade: From Chaos to Clarity“ – techniques to take smart notes that actually serve you, tips and methods to boost productivity and simplify your daily life, practical ways to turn note-taking into a sustainable habit
• workshop “How volunteering has changed my life“ – how volunteering can help not only society but also volunteers, how volunteering can help you overcome burnout, and how experience from volunteer activities can help you in your career
• funny games
• the pleasant environment of INEX house with a garden
• after official program we are inviting you to the tea house

Please plan your departure from Zážitkovice so that you can participate in all parts of the programme.
The workshops will be held in English. It is not necessary to have perfect English, just a communication level. If necessary, we will help each other 🙂

Food
Lunch and snacks throughout the day will be provided for all participants. In order to ensure the diet, please write in the application form any allergies, intolerances, diets that you must follow.

Transportation
Each participant in their own way. More information on how to get to the venue of Zážitkovica will be in the infosheet that we will send to accepted participants.

What it will cost you:

• one Saturday
• 25€ participation fee (The participation fee helps us to cover a small part of the costs of the event. The costs for the organization of the event consist of accommodation, meals, refreshments, conference room fees, event materials. At the same time, the contribution represents an expression of interest in participating in the event. The training team prepares the training without the right to a fee. Application form without payment of the participation fee or participation fee without an application form is not valid. It is necessary to fill in the application form properly first, then pay the participation fee and wait for instructions from INEX Slovakia.
