Ahoj,
Even though December was a short month, so many things happened. It felt like everything
came at once, full of emotions, meetings, and little moments that mattered a lot. We packed the nice colourful bags for our friends at Integra for Christmas, which was done under the Giving Tuesday campaign.
I had the chance to run my bookbinding workshop in two new schools (ZŠ Vazovova and SZŠ Bajkalská) and reach 63 children in total. It was a really meaningful experience for me. I love working with kids, and seeing them so focused, curious, and proud of their handmade books always makes me smile. Their excitement reminded me why I love sharing creativity.

We also celebrated St. Nicholas Day at DSS Integra. We watched two theatre performances: one
created by the clients and another by children from a school. Both were touching in their
own way, full of enthusiasm and authenticity.

This month, we organized two special tea meetings where people could come for an
afternoon or an evening to create Christmas decorations and handmade gifts together. As
someone who loves crafting, it felt really good to slow down, sit together, talk and create
things by hand, especially in this cozy pre-Christmas atmosphere.

December was also a month full of goodbyes. I spent a lot of time meeting friends, sharing
last coffees, last walks, and last conversations. I truly hope to see many of them again one
day. I’m grateful for all the connections I made and for the time we shared here. Saying
goodbye tightens my heart, but at the same time, I feel thankful and ready. Ready for what
comes next.
I feel that it’s time to move on, to keep moving, to open myself to a new adventure. A
beautiful page is turning. My suitcase is almost packed. I’m waiting for my bus.
Thank you for everything, And thank you to everyone I met who made this experience so unique.
Take care,
Sarah
