Reviews

The Leadership Academy exceeded all my expectations. Thanks to the great training team, I have a better idea of how to organize and run international volunteering camps. I liked the alternation of theoretical blocks with practical exercises/simulations of real situations and fun games. All in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I am glad that I could meet a lot of like-minded people. It's great that I can use the knowledge from the training not only in the volunteer world, but they have also given me a lot for my personal and professional life.

The training was a great opportunity to meet interesting and inspiring young people. I liked that the activities were fun and informative at the same time. In addition, the skills acquired from the practical workshops, for example on multitasking or feedback, can also be used in everyday life.

A nice weekend at the Leadership Academy, whose added value was not only quality workshops and lectures but also good company not only from Slovakia but also from abroad. I am looking forward to the second part of the program! :)
