How to sign up - International volunteering camps

Step 1: Search for a volunteering workcamp
- You can find current workcamps in the orange search engine or on our Facebook page
- We update all vacancies continuously.
- Once a workcamp becomes full, it will disappear from the search results.
You can sign up online by adding the project to your “Backpack”
In your application, please write your motivation (why you want to join this camp). Take your time to write it well, so that our partner organisation will choose you. Volunteers are chosen by a foreign volunteering organisation.
You can also come with a friend, just add a note in the application field
It is best to select several workcamps that you would like to attend. We start by contacting the first organisation you chose. If the first camp is full, we send the application to the second workcamp in your chosen order, and repeat until you are selected. We do not contact all chosen organisations at once.
Step 3: Conditions of participation
You will receive a volunteering confirmation e-mail within 1-2 weeks.
We will send your application abroad only after receiving the participation fee.
Step 4: Study the infosheet
We will send you an “Infosheet” by e-mail no later than 2 weeks before the start of the camp. It contains contact information of the camp leaders, a more detailed description of activities and how to travel there.
You can buy your travel tickets as soon as you receive the confirmation email.
